New Presentation Provides a Resource for Diabetes Educators

The American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE) has developed a new resource for diabetes educators who want to spice up their patient and community group presentations.

Available in CD-ROM (PowerPoint) and 35 mm slide formats, the “Patient Education Slide Teaching Program” includes these highlights:

  • 112 full-color slides divided into 11 chapters
  • Content in key subject areas required by the National Standards for Diabetes Self-Management Education and ADA Program Recognition
  • Companion leader’s notes for each slide
  • A bibliography of references for each chapter
