New Low-Carb Barbecue Cookbook

Fast on the heels of her two best-selling cookbooks, Dana Carpender’s new collection of low-carb barbecuing recipes has just been released.

‘The Low-Carb Barbecue Cookbook’ (May 2004, Fair Winds Press) offers more than 200 recipes for the summer barbecue season, including:

While barbecued meats are not a problem for people following a lower-carb diet, the usually sugar-laden marinades and barbecue sauces are.
