Fifty 50 Foods is now offering a line of sugar-free and low-calorie fruit spreads that have only five calories per tablespoon.
The spreads, which Fifty 50 Foods says rank very low on the glycemic index, include grape, strawberry, raspberry, orange marmalade, blackberry, apricot and peach. They are sold in most national supermarket chains.
