Mama Mia! An Italian Diabetic Cookbook

Adding to her series of cookbooks,nutritionist and author Robyn Webb haswritten “Italian Diabetic Meals in 30 Minutesor Less” (American Diabetes Association,2005).

In her newest book, Webb covers some ofthe basics of Italian cooking. The recipesin “Italian Diabetic Meals in 30 Minutes orLess” make use of various meats, seafood,tomatoes, garlic and cheeses.

Most of the recipes are for main dishes andare divided into sections for fish, shellfish,chicken, beef, pork, lamb and pasta. Eachrecipe is accompanied by nutritionalinformation.
