Dear friends of Diabetes Health,

We value your hard-earned diabetes wisdom and we want you to share it with the world! Please join us as a professional or lay diabetes advisor in one of our Diabetes Health website content Rooms.

Diabetes Health has a visionary plan to put the control of diabetes healthcare back into the hands of the people most affected by this disease. Editor-in-Chief, Scott King, has laid out plans for building a compassionate and supportive world-wide democratic consortium in diabetes education, diagnosis, and treatment.

We believe all people with diabetes can be provided with the help needed to reach 100% treatment success. To that end, our website is logically broken down into numerous content Rooms where learning about specific diabetes issues and solutions is easy.

Our plan is to make these and future Rooms even more interactive. This will be a place where individuals can get diabetes assessments and treatment option information on every topic.

We’re asking you to choose the content Room you’re the most qualified for and feel the most passionate about. Then you’ll work with Diabetes Health and other volunteers to provide a short overview, a list of solutions for people interested in your topic, and help moderate an ongoing forum where professionals and patients hash out pressing problems affecting our community and our health.

It’s a win-win proposition both for people with diabetes and diabetes healthcare professionals. In addition to our unflagging support and appreciation, you’ll receive increased exposure for your projects and written works to our 2.28 million (and growing!) annual audience.

We’d love to tell you more about it. If you’re in San Francisco attending the ADA conference, June 7 – 9, visit us at our booth from 10 am – 4 pm, Saturday, Sunday and Monday (#1227, across from Novo Nordisk). We’ll have a large map of our current and future Rooms and you can sign up for the Room you’d like to participate in. Scott will also be available Sunday and Monday and invites you to join him from 4 - 6 pm at the ThirstyBear, near the Moscone Center, 661 Howard St.

You can also sign up right now. Clicking the link will display a list of our website Rooms and you can make your selection.

Join us. Anyone who’s passionate about improving the state of diabetes care is welcome. Together we can make a difference.
