Produced by Health Enterprises Inc. of North Attleboro, Massachusetts, the viewer uses microdot technology to hold up to 25 lines of medical data and can be clipped on to key chains, belt loops, hand bags and other items. Once you purchase the viewer, fill out a form with the information you would like to be programmed in, send it to the manufacturer, then it will fill in the information and return the viewer at no extra cost.
