I am a Type 1 Diabetic for 20 miserable years and still going without any complications as of yet ( I don't know about tomorrow).

Globally a lot of research is being conducted to find that ultimate cure. There is a lot of stuff out there but I am not happy with the current research.

Why? it is NOT a cure if you have to take anti-rejection drugs for life and watch it damage your major  organs i.e Edmonton Protocol.

 As for stem cell it's not a cure if it will develope benign tumours. However the only shining ray of hope I see is Living cell Technologies (LCT).

Does anyone else know about this company other then what is posted on their website??

When this becomes commercialised I definately want to be their customer.

For the Type 1's out there let me know your opinion about LCT. You be the judge.
