Hi Dante,  I was looking through things for diabetes and I came across your article about diabetes and I loved it.  I have been diabetic for 25 years now and it is out of control and I am very insulin resistang.  I am so tired of everything and I take tons of insulin and my sugars are still high.  I was motivated by your articles.  I just hope that I can get myself started to do better so that I can feel better also.  Thanks for sharing this, I found your article by accident and I truly enjoyed it.
