I had a cake with 74g of sugar today. Thats pretty much the only real bad sugar I had the whole day. I played some basketball and just did some Interval exercising.

My question is, will I get Diabetes off of this cake now? I want to work the cake off because Im worried I might be borderline of getting it even though I did a urine test and it came back negative.
