Choosing a doctor

I have just been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and I have been going to a teaching family medical center where the doctors are good but when there are done with there education they move out of the office.

  Should I consider looking into a doctor with his/her own practice?

I would look for a doctor in your area that specializes in diabetes, do a search in your area and you will find one, this is the best bet
