I have just started using stevia that  has stevia leaf extract 40mg.(min.80%glucosylssteviosides{32mg.) in a base of water and 11% alcohol. Does that mean that the alcohol could affect blood sugar?

Also my husband's blood sugar is up but where he works it's very hot and he forgets to drink alot of water, will that affect his blood sugar?

I never knew that stevia had alcohol in it.  I know it is very good and healthy for diabetes.

I know that drinking a lot of water does help to flush out the body and can help to keep blood sugar levels more normal.
