Hi my name is Helena, my mom has hda diabetes since she was 15 years old and she just made it barely to her 52 birthday do to complictions do to diabetes and renial failure. she is very ill and she told me that i need to take care of myself and the fact that the illness will get even worst.I hope she last a little longer till i graduate from college. I am 28 and have been dealing with obesity since i was little and kids were cruel and even more as adults. But with diet and exercise i have gone from 600 pounds to 335 and now finally down to my goal weight of 298 pounds. i do feel really good i was in danger of having diabetes but it reversed itself and i hope that i never get it as long as i take care of myself. My baby sister Alexandria has type 2 diabetes and she is going through renial failure at 26 years old and she has 6 little babies. with diet and exercise i now realize that it is better to get healthy then be sick because you have more energy and you don't die an agonizing death knowing that there is no cure for it, and missing the ones that you love or they missing you.

Exercise is a key component of a healthy diabetes treatment regimen, but when insulin is involved -- even in a person with type 2 diabetes -- precautions should be taken. Before embarking on an exercise program, the American Diabetes Association (ADA) emphasizes that a person with type 2 diabetes should be evaluated for cardiovascular disease or other conditions that might contraindicate certain types of exercise. It is important that the exercise program be individualized on the basis of findings of the evaluation as well as the therapy regimen.

I just want to tell that those who are diabetic should control their diet, and should consult to any doctor also for treatment. They can also decrease diabetes through exercise or yoga but should take medicine also. Today I surfed net for searching in formations about diabetes and its treatment. I got so many after sorting I got about levitra it’s a good medicine for the treatment of diabetes. Every diabetic should try once it. They can get more information’s about levitra at http://www.levitrabliss.com
