Have you tried hula hooping or aqua fitness. It's less stress on the body. I know of a professional hula hoop that sells for $25. It weighs 6 pounds and doesn't fall unless you stop it. Do you want the website?

When you have limited mobility the number one thing you need to do is increase your range of motion and your muscle strength.

Start with exercises where you are on the floor like the lying hip extention, and then slow build it up to where you then progress into squats with a stability ball between your back and a wall, then low step ups, bodyweight squats, then split squats, then elevated split squats, then into lunges.
