Here is what I found.. 30 minutes solid is boring. Sure ai can do it, but its so boring and becomes even more troublesome the longer you do it.

So I just started something that I like, for now anyway and ithelps me get the kinks out and sleep better.

when I get up in the morning I do about 5-10 minutes of selected Richard Simmons movements. Yeah I know cheesey. But they work and are comfortable. Its just basic movements but they help me fit into my jenas and bring my levels down! 

Then in the afternon I do another section for about 5-10 minutes. It also prevents me from eating stupid.  doing this i stick within 2 carbs chocie limits than the 4 carb limit.


Then before I go to bed about 11 pm I know to take my vitamins and do the last of the routine. For me it works, spreading out the exercise during the day. It helps to keep me on track.

I like teh Richard simmons original dancing to the oldies and sit tight!

I also kep by my computer an execvise rubber band to  kep me busy and active when i am sitting doing work.
