Ok I usually lurk here and some other boards but decided its time to ask you all a question. I have type 2 and cant get through a day of work without wanting to fall asleep at my desk. I used to drink tons of soda and coffee to stay awake and it helped but I cant drink that stuff anymore. I test myself and my numbers are ok its just that I cant keep my energy up. Was wondering if any of you have any suggestions of what you do to keep your energy up.
