3. Thou shalt congregate with others who have diabetes in support of one another

4. Thou shalt advocate on behalf of people with diabetes

5. Thou shalt reach out and help someone with diabetes

6. Thou shalt not discriminate against any type of diabetes 

7. Thou shalt encourage others to be their best

8. Thou shalt inspire one another by good example

9. Thou shalt not hold unrealistic standards or expectations of others with diabetes

10. Thou shalt stand by others’ sides when they are feeling hopeless
